About Me
My name is Travis Sinquefield, and I am passionate about organizations, their structure, motivations, goals, and why people behave the way they do within them. When I am not studying for my MBA at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, or working at my day job in the financial services industry, I think about and read about organizations. Favorite topics of interest are organizational culture, leadership, organization development techniques and process intervention, management, goal setting theory, and learning and intelligence.
Previously, I wrote an organizational behavior and management blog called Disorganizational Behavior. After spending some time away to have a son (born October 2007) and begin my graduate studies, I found I still have a strong drive to share my thoughts on organizational issues. I look forward to discussing what it means to develop and sustain an effective organization.
